Northern Energy Services LLC performs detailed Home Energy Assessments. We begin by learning about what your concerns and questions are, usually beginning with a phone interview. Depending on your preference, we may recommend a building analysis, a consultation, or one of our direct-install products designed for your unique home. Once on site, we will use a variety of tools to determine which repairs, upgrades, and replacements produce the best combination of comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency. Combustion Appliance Testing: Poisonous carbon monoxide gas is a byproduct of all combustion appliances, including fuel-burning furnaces, boilers, water-heaters, and space heaters. We test for carbon monoxide and conduct safety tests to ensure that chimneys, flues, exhaust fans are functioning appropriately.
